Weight Loss Journey
/I was stuck with same crazy post baby weight and this is how I got it off. Typically it takes me 2 years to lose baby weight because I can’t lose until I stop nursing. If your one of those people who can, I envy you.
These pictures were taken a little over a month apart and had a total weight loss here of 65 pounds. I did NOT use any weight loss pills, supplements or injections in these pictures. I started jumping when my son was around 5 months old and I was nursing him the whole time.
I kept to a pretty low carb diet, not keto. I also loved making shrimp tacos with bib lettuce as the tortillas and added a little chipotle aioli. For breakfast I often are 2 full eggs and 2 egg whites with some breakfast chicken sausage, and I would often supplement a protein shake if needed. I avoid raw milk for the first 3 months and did not consume sugar. Just berries and cucumbers for snacks. Another favorite meal was a cucumber salad (chopped cucumber mixed with pico de gallo and lemon, lime and orange juice (salt and pepper) topped with salmon. I added back in raw milk after a few months, I didn’t want to risk doing too many carbs at first.

I had some cheap amazon rebounders and I started to hit the ground thru the mat after a short time (this happened with two different models) and I had one with springs that was so loud it made me crazy. I also had a very expensive rebounder that was just really bouncy and made it hard to brace myself when changing moves.
