Cancer, what I would do.....

This is what I do to prevent cancer as well as what I would do If I was diagnosed.

This is the book everyone should order for prevention and treatment advise

Hope for cancer Mexico does free phone consults and there is a great clinic in California called Center for New medicine and that would be my first personal in person stop.

Step one, lifestyle changes and reduce toxic burden by swapping cleaning and hygiene products

HERE is a clean cart of swaps. I included Frankincense & DDR prime essential oils as well as a bottle of fractionated coconut oil and roller bottles to make my favorite roller. Pub med studies on the use of essential oils and cancer ONE,

TWO, THREE, FOUR

DDR Prime
This unique oil blend in a 30 mL bottle are a blend of Frankincense, Clove, Lemongrass, Wild Orange, Niaouli, Thyme, and Summer Savory. Each oil was shown in studies to be able to respond to free-radicals, support cellular renewal, and assist in the healthy, normal function of cells.

I like to take 10 drops of Frankincense and 10 drops of DDR Prime and add it to a 10ml roller bottle topped off with fractionated coconut oil and apply daily to feet bottoms, wrists and over any lymphatic areas.

Upgrade water. I personolly would go with ultra filtered water by getting a stainless steel water filter like the filter from My Pure water. I have the midi classic and purchased a stand as well (code hcl saves 5%)

You will want to remineralize and structure your water after filtration, I make it easy here on this blogpost.

I would make a goal to incorporate hydrogen water, Promolife has a tumbler and hydrogen inhaler used to get hydrogen into the blood. Hydrogen can improve cell health and help prevent and inhibit tumors in the body.

Clean up the indoor air quality and cookware

Change your HVAC air filters and have the air ducts professionally cleaned. I personally would search the home for any signs of mold and mildew. Take it very seriously. Throw out all air fresheners, perfumes, colognes, toxic candles that are not made of bees wax or palm/coconut wax.

I use an airdoctor plugged into a grounded outlet, everything in the asleep space should be plugged in away from the bed and into one the THESE outlets to avoid EMF. Put your wifi on a timer so it turns off when you sleep at night and keep your cellphone very far from your bed.

Cookware is extremely important! get rid of all tephlon and I personal avoid cast iron, due to iron overload.

360 cookware is surgical, non leaching stainless steel and is one of the very few companies I trust.(code HCL saves 25%!)

Here are my list of rituals that I believe boost mitochondia and aid in healing.

Wake up and watch the sun rise to help set circadian rhythm.

Drink a large glass of structures hydrogen water with lemon first thing when you wake up.

Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, in your morning water and sunrise focus on gratitude and the this mediation.

I have it typed here if you would rather read it.

Next go for a walk in the sunshine for 15 minutes for stand a vibration plate for 5 minutes to wake up the lymphatic system.

Hot and cold therapy are great! For cold therapy you can fill a bathtub with filtered water with a few bags of ice and get the water around 50 degrees for 2 minutes. I use a FAR in-fared sauna (code HCL150) to save $100. Some can not handle high heat so an infared mat with PEMF is amazing like this ONE (save 10% off with code HCL10).

Try incorporating heat or cold every other day if possible.

Movement is huge, walking as well as breathwork and lymphatic drainage

Sleep would be my next priority, in bed by 9:30 and try sleep support to get great REM sleep.

Stress is terrible for your body! crack jokes, watch funny movies do fun things!

A goal would be to work on all drainage pathways. I wanted this Blog post to get the basics and not be overwhelming but hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ozone and coffee enemas are also very helpful. Always start low and slow with new therapies.
