I suggest getting tiny veggiecaps caps and teaching kids to take pills for mega mucosa, as it does not taste good. Mega mucosa comes in a powder or pill form. MegaPrebiotic comes in a pill and powder as well but is very pleasant tasting.

I take all three products at the same time before bed once I reach the 1/2 cap or 1 pill megaspore dose.

If taking the Mega Mucosa pills the dose is 6 pills and that can be split morning and night.
