Clean Air & Clean water should always be the very first health swaps made in a home. I have use Air Doctor filters for years. They not only grab larger particles like dog hair, bugs from plants and dust, they also trap mold VOCs as well as gases in the home. I mentioned clean air and your household cleaners and candles and anything that gets put into the air needs to be pure. Diffusers and pure essential oils are a great way to clean the air, change the mood and boost the immune system.
